Beginning his career at KPMG, Bob honed his auditing skills while servicing clients spanning investments, construction, manufacturing, insurance, real estate, financial services, and healthcare. His tenure at KPMG saw him rise to the position of Senior Manager, where he not only led client engagements but also played a pivotal role in recruitment and national instruction, earning recognition at KPMG’s National Instructor of the Year multiple times.

Bob’s journey as an executive continued with notable positions such as Chief Financial Officer and Chief People Officer at various organizations, including 1 Vision Media, EBOX/Wastebox LLC, and Ducks Unlimited. In these roles, he spearheaded initiatives ranging from strategic planning and team management to financial oversight and compliance.
